Fantastic Mr. Fox Dancing in 3D

I have seen some pretty entertaining movies the past couple of days, but there are two in particular that I would like to focus on.

First Fantastic Mr. Fox: This movie was awesome! I was laughing and enjoying this the entire time it was playing. With an all star cast voicing the characters; George Clooney as Fantastic Mr. Fox, Meryl Streep as his wife, Jason Schwartzmen as Ash, Bill Murray as the Badger, Owen Wilson as the PE teacher, and many more! With funny one liners, "Oh, Cuss" , throughout you will not be disappointed. Watching this I expected Wallace and Gromit to make an appearance, but alas they did not....I would confidently recommend this to the whole family, humor for all ages. A-

Saturday night Suz and I went to Step Up 3D with some friends. This was the first 3D movie any of us had ever seen, so it was a very interesting experience. My first suggestion would be to watch this movie in normal 2D, watching in 3D made it hard to focus on the dancers and your eyes get pretty dang tired.

Now to the movie. Step Up 3 was very, very entertaining; if you like to watch dancing in movies this one is for you. Now I am a pretty big fan of Stomp the Yard, but after watching this one I think it may have taken its place as "favorite dance movie". I will admit that the story and acting were sub-par at best, but what those lack the dancing makes it up. I caught myself giggling with excitement while I was watching the dancing...also, thoughts of McKay and I robot fighting our hearts out danced in my vision. Speaking of McKay, this is one movie I would love to watch with him...someday...maybe? The dancers were dancers more than actors, the "main couple" was pointless, and all in all a great movie. B




This is a clip from the first dance battle...now some may question the "realness" of this guy because of the filming, sound effects, etc; however, I will be the first to tell you this is all real just look up Madd Chadd on Youtube its dang impressive.
