Now I find myself bored with my mundane workouts that have been the same for a year or so now. So naturally I asked the hamster to get back on the wheel and help me come up with a new routine that would challenge, excite, and show me results.
So here it is...
1. Run 2-3 miles four times a week
2. Hit the gym three times a week
ABS, Push-ups, Pull-Ups, and Dips
3. Sports as often as I can
4. Convince myself to stretch so I can stay lose
This is my plan for the next six week, I weigh 197 and I would love to get to 188-189 by the end of the break. Now don't get me wrong I am not fat and out of shape, I just want to slim down and become more tone. Of course, by the end of the break I hope to start P90x and really get down to business. Also, I will post some before and after pictures and hope for the best.

ReplyDeleteI am going to do the same program with some extra miles in the running area. My problem is I love to run, but don't do enough of the toning stuff. This will give me more motivation. Thanks Ty.
